Fox News host Bill O’Reilly appeared on Tuesday’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to provide the remaining Republicans vying for the party’s presidential nomination some tips for the next GOP debate.

“Here’s the first demand: Stop complaining,” O’Reilly said. “‘Oh, you hurt my feelings.’ You guys are starting to sound like a bunch of democrats out there.”

More zings followed: “Here’s the second demand: Answer the question. It’s not that hard,” O’Reilly said. The third demand dealt with time: “Wrap it up, keep it pithy. They give you a time limit for a reason. This goes for Democrats do. You’re answering a question, not accepting an Oscar.”

And it wouldn’t be a political joke in 2015 without some mention of Donald Trump, so O’Reilly threw him into the mix too: “My last demand: Trump. You got to take it down, man. How about a 6?” O’Reilly said of Trump’s booming voice. “I know it’s fun, but he blew out my TV speakers. If anyone gets to yell that loud on Fox News, it should be me.”
