Caitlyn Jenner legally changed her name and gender at the Los Angeles Superior Court. The 65-year-old former Olympian is now officially Caitlyn Marie Jenner.

Jenner made her public debut as Caitlyn in June, when she appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair next to the headline, “Call Me Caitlyn.” Since then, she’s been vocal about her transition, which was chronicled on the E! docu-series, I Am Cait.

Jenner, who came out as trans in an April interview with Diane Sawyer, also received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at this summer’s ESPY Awards, where she used her time onstage to advocate for the trans community. “The people out there wondering what is this all about, whether it’s about courage or controversy or publicity … It’s not just about one person,” she said. “It’s about all of us accepting one another. We’re all different. That’s not a bad thing; that’s a good thing.”
