Jenna Dewan Tatum returned to her Step Up roots on Monday night, teaming up with Team Stage captain (and Emmy winner!) Travis Wall for a romantic routine.

After Monday’s finale, Dewan Tatum — who remembers appearing on So You Think You Can Dance to promote Step Up — told EW, “I can tell you, from being a dancer in this business, I can tell you before SYTYCD and after SYTYCD. It has really changed the game for dancers in every single way. It has really put them on a platform and it’s given them crazy, wide careers.”

“What SYTYCD has done for dance is incredible,” Dewan Tatum told EW in a statement on Thursday. “When the show asked me to perform with the incredibly talented Travis Wall, I was so honored and excited to get back into my dancing shoes.”
