Meghan Trainor has struggled with vocal cord ailments for much of the summer. But Megatronz can now sleep a little easier: According to a fresh Instagram post, the singer seems to finally be on the mend.

“I look so hurt haha I survived tho!” Trainor wrote in a post Wednesday, displaying shots from before and after her most recent procedure. “Thank you Dr. Nasseri for being my hero. Now just napping all day long on the couch with mama and getting free head rubs. Any movie suggestions?”

Of course, this isn’t the first time Trainor has said she’s vanquished her vocal woes. When she cancelled her tour in early July due to vocal hemorrhaging, the singer told EW, “I’ve been on tour for the better part of this year, which has been amazing but can be a lot of work for my little vocal cords. They’re like muscles, and I feel like I basically pulled a muscle.” She resumed touring shortly thereafter, but the condition returned, forcing more concert cancellations—which brings us to the present, and her second recovery of the summer.
