See an exclusive clip from bonkers Italian horror movie spoof 'The Editor'

Posted on

With copious amounts of nudity, violence, garish lighting, and absurd plot developments, The Editor has almost everything you could want from a ’70s Italian “giallo” horror movie. The interesting thing? The Editor is actually a new film that both spoofs and pays deep homage to the genre. The other interesting thing? It was made by Canadians — directors Adam Brooks and Matthew Kennedy, both of whom belong to the filmmaking collective, Astron-6

Starring Brooks, Kennedy, Paz de la Huerta, Human Centipede 2 actor Laurence R. Harvey, and genre icon Udo Kier, among others, The Editor is available to buy on Blu-ray Sept. 8.

You can get a bloody taste of this insane, and insanely entertaining, movie in the exclusive clip, below.
