Jerry Seinfeld: Lemonade stand run by his kids shut down by the police

Yes, that Seinfeld. He’s 12. It was for charity.

At just 12 years old, Jerry Seinfeld’s son, Julian, is already running into trouble with the long arm of the law.

Specifically, he got busted for running a lemonade stand.

As Seinfeld matriarch Jessica revealed on Instagram last week, a neighbor “crushed” her son’s lemonade dreams — “but not before raising lots of money for @loverecycled,” she captioned a photo of her family with their hands behind their heads. “Thanks to all of our customers and big tippers!”

The big Hamptons tips were going toward Jessica’s nonprofit, Baby Buggy, which provides clothing and services to families in need.

According to the East Hampton Press, a neighbor complained about the number of illegally parked vehicles in the vicinity. At the scene, the Seinfelds were informed that “the village prohibits all forms of peddling on its property.”

Hopefully this run-in with the law is just the thing to force Julian to straighten up and fly right.
