Survivor: Cambodia—Second Chance players reveal who they are surprised did NOT make the cast

Power to the people! That’s what CBS gave viewers when they allowed fans to vote for the cast of next season’s Survivor: Cambodia—Second Chance. Of course, it was only so much power, as the hoi polloi got to choose the 20 players from a pool of only 31. (A 32nd option, Mike Holloway, was ultimately ineligible because he won Survivor: World Apart. Sneaky.)

But while many obvious popular players like Spencer and Joe did indeed make the cast, there were a few surprises when it came to people that did not. We sat down with the lucky 20 in Cambodia the day before the game started to ask the cast who they were surprised did not make the final cut. Whom did they say? And why were they surprised? And who admits to making a pre-game alliance with someone that ended up not even making the cast? See for yourself by watching the video above.
