This summer movie season has had no shortage of awkward interviews (including a staged one) with stars of some of the year’s biggest blockbusters. But while the frequency of them may have increased this summer, there are many more bizarre, uncomfortable interviews to look back on.

Worldwideinterweb has posted a supercut of some of the most memorable and difficult-to-watch celebrity interviews from over the years. There are classics like Tom Cruise jumping on Oprah’s couch and Joaquin Phoenix speaking with David Letterman while staying in character for I Am Here

But there are plenty of others you may have forgotten about as well, so watch the video below to see Quentin Tarantino, Jerry Seinfeld, Meg Ryan, and more navigate the perils of an on-air interview. (Heads up, the clip contains some strong language.)
