The Weeknd tour dates announced

The Weeknd’s second studio album, Beauty Behind the Madness, drops Aug. 28. The tickets for his tour — announced Thursday — also go on sale then.

The dark, introspective R&B singer will be supporting his new record on “The Madness” tour this fall with a 22-date arena-heavy slate. The autumnal trek begins in the 25-year-old’s musical home of Toronto on Nov. 3, includes a Madison Square Garden date, and wraps up in Miami on Dec. 19.
