Another Friday, another new Carly Rae Jepsen song.

Friday is officially Carly day. Carly Rae Jepsen released yet another track from E·MO·TION, due out Aug. 21. The latest song, “Your Type,” is (another) synth-pop ballad about yearning for a lover who doesn’t seem to get how rad you are.

“I break all the rules for you, break my heart and start again/ not the type of girl you call more than a friend,” she sings. It’s lovelorn and percussion-based, giving us the same gooey pop moves the last few tracks provided.

“Your Type” originally leaked online earlier in the summer after E·MO·TION came out in Japan, but as an official U.S. release, it follows “Warm Blood,” “I Really Like You,” “Run Away With Me,” “Emotion,” “All That,” and “Making The Most Of The Night.”
