Together again: Matthew Crawley and Lady Mary Crawley finally reunited when Downton Abbey was honored with a Special Award by BAFTA on Tuesday.

The event celebrated the beloved series’ worldwide success with cast and crew including the above-pictured Dan Stevens and Michelle Dockery in attendance as well as Maggie Smith, Hugh Bonneville, Joanne Froggatt, and many others.

Stevens’ character, Matthew – who was married to Lady Mary – died in a car crash at the end of season 3. Dockery shared a photo of their reunion on Instagram, writing in the caption, “I’ve missed this face.”

Dockery and her fellow cast members have been documenting their emotional goodbyes with the hashtag #LastDaysOfDownton as filming for the series wrapped this week.

Downton Abbey is set to return to the U.S. Jan. 3 on PBS, with more details available here.
