Steve-O was arrested Sunday after scaling a crane at a Hollywood construction site as part of an anti-SeaWorld protest.

The Jackass star teased the stunt a day earlier on Instagram. “This is Shammy,” Steve-O wrote alongside a photo of himself holding an inflatable orca. “We’re gonna do a big dangerous stunt tomorrow in Los Angeles that will probably get me in a lot of trouble, and you can watch it happen at 7pm PST via a live stream on my Facebook page.”

He also posted videos of the stunt on Facebook, captioning one, “Anyone wanna bail me out of jail?”

Steve-O inflated the orca balloon with an anti-SeaWorld message, and at one point set off fireworks from the tip of the crane, NBC Los Angeles reports.

More than 80 firefighters and 30 police officers responded to the scene on Sunday evening, according to the Los Angeles Times. Police told the paper that Steve-O is expected to be booked on suspicion of trespassing, setting a firework without a permit, and conspiracy to commit a crime, though investigators are still determining what charges to apply.

This isn’t the first SeaWorld protest Steve-O has staged. Last year, he was cited for defacing a San Diego freeway sign to say “SeaWorld Sucks.”
