In the Peter Chelsom-directed movie, Butterfield is the first human born on Mars, but develops a digital and interplanetary relationship with Robertson’s character.   • More sci-fi news: Willem Dafoe is the latest to be added to What Happened to Monday, bolstering a cast already featuring Noomi Rapace and Glenn Close. It’s set in a dystopia in the ever vague not-so-distant-future, where population control is deemed necessary. Production of the movie — led by director Tommy Wirkola — has already begun in Bucharest.
