Claire Danes and Noah Emmerich are among the familiar faces that will be popping up on Aziz Ansari’s new Netflix comedy, Master of None.

Based on the comedic viewpoints of the Parks and Recreation alum, the comedy follows the personal and professional life of Dev (Ansari), who has trouble deciding what he wants to eat, much less the pathway for the rest of his life. Dev’s story takes him through subjects as diverse as the plight of the elderly, the immigrant experience, and dating — which is where Danes appears to come in.

The Homeland star appeared in a short trailer for the comedy that debuted at the Television Critics Association’s press tour on Tuesday. Danes appeared to be playing a love interest to Dev, though Ansari kept mum on her role other than to say she’ll appear in the fourth episode. “I thought it would be an interesting choice” to have her do comedy, he said.

Ansari also announced that Emmerich (The Americans), Colin Salmon (Arrow), H. Jon Benjamin (Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp), and stand-up comedian Todd Barry are also among the guest-stars set to appear on Master of None.

The series, which will bow Friday, Nov. 6, hails from Alan Yang, Mike Schur, Dave Becky and David Miner.
