If you thought you had seen the last of the Bluths, you’d be sorely mistaken.

Netflix is still planning to bring back Arrested Development for a fifth season, the streaming service’s chief content officer Ted Sarandos told reporters at the summer press tour.

“We are plugging along,” Sarandos said. “It’s a very long complex deal to make for these guys both because the talent is very busy and working on other shows, but also because the show is owned by Fox… It is our intent to have a new season of Arrested Development. All the negotiations are underway.”

If the show does return, star Jessica Walter recently teased to EW that a potential fifth season would explore the aftermath of Buster (Tony Hale) being arrested for the murder of Lucille 2 (Liza Minnelli), whose body was seen at the bottom of the stair case with blood splotches around it “We can’t say who did it yet,” Walter said. “He’s been arrested, but I can tell you we’re not sure, who really did it.”
