Ariana Grande will not be charged for licking donuts at California bakery Wolfee Donuts, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department confirmed to EW Monday.

For those unfamiliar with Donutgate, Grande was caught licking donuts on video published on TMZ and went on to issue two apologies — one written, one videotaped: “Seeing a video of yourself behaving poorly — that you have no idea was taken — is such a rude awakening that you don’t know what to do,” she said. “I was so disgusted with myself.”

Police investigated the video for “deliberate food tampering,” but the shop’s owner decided not to press charges against Grande. The donut shop did not immediately respond to EW‘s request for comment.
