Alan Tudyk at Comic Con: Con Man star teases a potential 'Firefly' reunion for season 2

Posted on

The cast of Con Man hit the Entertainment Weekly Lounge at Comic-Con on Thursday, following the successful debut of the show’s first trailer at Comic-Con (and here on EW.com). But there’s even more good news coming for fans of stars Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion: a possibly Firefly cast reunion in season 2.

During an interview with EW’s Marc Snetiker, Tudyk — who also wrote and directed Con Man — revealed that he had potential roles in mind for his erstwhile co-stars Adam Baldwin, Ron Glass and Morena Baccarin.

Set to debut on Vimeo in September, Con Man focuses on a down-and-out actor (Tudyk) who once appeared on a much-loved but short-lived science-fiction show opposite his more successful co-star (Fillion). Also included in the cast are Tricia Helfer, Summer Glau, Felicia Day and Amy Acker. Watch the show’s first trailer right here, and check out the full interview with the Con Man cast below.
