Bill Murray will make his Comic-Con debut Thursday

The notoriously elusive Bill Murray is heading to Comic-Con this year for the first time ever, E! News reports — and his appearance will come sooner rather than later: He’ll be at Open Road’s Thursday morning panel, one of the first to kick off this year’s convention.

Murray will be there to promote Rock the Kasbaha comedy about a music manager (played by Murray) who takes his musician to Afghanistan, where things don’t exactly go as planned. Zooey Deschanel, Kate Hudson, Bruce Willis, Scott Caan, and Danny McBride also star in the film, which arrives in theaters Oct. 23. See the trailer below.
