Thanks to Cleveland Cavaliers player LeBron James, Ohio will get a first look at Amy Schumer’s Trainwreck when it premieres in Akron later this week.
James appears in the comedy, which was written by (and stars) Schumer and directed by Judd Apatow. Schumer confirmed the news Monday with a tweet: “You want to have a premiere where?” she wrote above a photo of her and James. “Ok @KingJames Akron here we come! See you Friday!”
Cleveland.com reports that the invitation-only screening will be held at Akron’s Regal Montrose Stadium this Friday at 7 p.m. Trainwreck debuts everywhere July 17.
