If you need another incentive to move on from your Xbox 360 this year, Microsoft hopes being able to continue playing those games on an Xbox One will sweeten the deal.
Microsoft announced that the Xbox One will become backwards compatible starting this holiday season. There are 100 titles that will be supported, and all players will have to do is place their 360 disc into an Xbox One and then download a digital copy of the game. A full list was not given, but the feature was demoed with Mass Effect. The service will still allow users to use Xbox One features like voice commands, screenshot capabilities, and more.
The Xbox One Preview program has a selection of titles available now, with the public having access at the end of this year.
