Caitlyn Jenner is facing another lawsuit in connection with a fatal car accident that occurred on the Pacific Coast Highway in Los Angeles in February.
Jenner is currently facing a wrongful death suit from the family of Kim Howe, a driver who was killed in the accident, but this suit comes from a second driver involved in the crash. Jessica Steindorff was driving a Prius that Jenner crashed into and, according to legal documents obtained by EW, she is suing Jenner for the physical injuries sustained in the accident as well as the damage done to her vehicle.
Steindorff’s suit claims she has suffered wage loss, loss of use of property, hospital and medical expenses, general damage, property damage, and loss of earning capacity. She is seeking compensatory damages from Jenner.
Jenner made her debut on the cover of Vanity Fair last week, and will star in an E! docu-series next month. Jenner had previously filed court papers asking to throw out the wrongful death suit back in May.
