Parks and Recreation alum Retta to recur on Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce

Retta is treating herself to a role on Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce.

The Parks and Recreation vet has landed a recurring role on the second season of the Bravo dramedy that stars Lisa Edelstein as Abby, a newly single self-help author. Retta will guest-star in multiple episodes as Barbara, a rival editor at Abby’s new job who does not endorse Abby’s optimistic outlook on divorce.

The season 1 finale of Girlfriends’ Guide aired in February and filming for season 2 begins next week.
