You can always count on Kelly Clarkson to bring a much-needed empowering track into the world—like “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You),” “Since U Been Gone,” and “Miss Independent,” for just a few examples. And “Invincible,” which she released the video for Friday, is no exception.
Clarkson spends most of the video dancing around a warehouse full of cube-shaped floating lamps, which eventually shatter to reveal women who were previously hiding inside. They wear their pain on their faces, but that pain eventually gives way to happiness (and plenty of fist-pumping). Watch below.
“Invincible” is the second single off Clarkson’s Piece by Piece, out now.
