Put on “Bitter Sweet Symphony” and party like it’s spring 1999: Reese Witherspoon, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Selma Blair staged a Cruel Intentions reunion on Thursday night while attending Cruel Intentions the Musical, a stage show in Los Angeles.
‘Best girls night of the year!!!” Witherspoon wrote on Instagram.
Once inside, the trio posed for another photo together.
And Blair and Gellar even reenacted their famous kiss backstage after the show.

This isn’t the first time Gellar has seen the unauthorized musical parody. She was in attendance during opening night back in April, and raved about the production on her Instagram account. Witherspoon, Gellar and Blair didn’t explain why they chose Thursday night to reunite, but it was a special day for Cruel Intentions fans even before the get together. Both Gellar and Blair posted #tbt pictures on Thursday to celebrate the birthday of director Roger Kumble.
