Jimmy Fallon and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson give a commencement speech... in 1989

With graduation season in full swing, Jimmy Fallon decided to stage his own commencement speech with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. But they decided to impart their wisdom to the class of 1989.

On last night’s Tonight Show, Fallon and Johnson performed as the two students with the lowest GPAs, who give their fellow graduates a memorable farewell. (Why anyone at their university would allow that will always be a mystery.)

As Bobby Risdick and Logan Duffy, Fallon and Johnson offer advice to their peers about being wary of fads like “computers” and keeping up with one another on some kind of “book of faces.”

Watch the speech below, and check out what a few celebrties have said in real commencement speeches this year.
