Natalie Portman and Lily Rose Depp, the daughter of actor Johnny Depp, will co-star as spiritualist siblings in French director Rebecca Zlotowski’s 1930s-set drama Planetarium.

EW has confirmed Portman’s casting, a move that will mark her first collboration with a French director since her role in the 1994 Luc Besson pic Leon.

Variety first reported the news, saying that plot details were scarce. But Zlotowski told Variety the film, “follows the journey of sisters who are believed to possess the supernatural ability to connect with ghosts. They cross paths with a visionary French producer while performing in Paris.”

According to Variety, shooting will begin in September in Paris with an expected May 2016 release.

It’s been a busy time for the Oscar-winning actress. Late last week, Portman signed on to play Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in On the Basis of Sex, a biopic that will follow Ginsburg’s life as she fights for equality in her career as the second (and first Jewish) female justice.

Meanwhile, Portman’s first feature as a director, A Tale of Love And Darkness, an adaptation of Amos Oz’s memoir, is set to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, which kicks off Wednesday.
