Nathan Lane wanted to give his friend David Letterman a proper farewell, so he pointed out just how much the two curmudgeonly spirits have in common.
Lane sang an original song on the Late Show last night—let’s call it “Dead Inside”—about how both he and Letterman are, well… you know. Whether it’s worrying about big things like ISIS or the small stuff, like eating too much Ben & Jerry’s, Lane explains in song how he and Letterman couldn’t care less.
