The newly revealed Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer offered a few quick glimpses of the newly redesigned Batmobile and the cleanest look yet at the suit Ben Affleck will be donning as an aging Caped Crusader.
But, stripped of all the trailer’s post-production and quick cuts, the first good up-close look at both the Batmobile and suit from the film comes courtesy of Los Angeles Clippers all-star DeAndre Jordan.
Bleacher Report took Jordan on a tour of Warner Bros. Hollywood Studio to give the Batman fan a look at Bruce Wayne’s on-screen history. Part of that tour involved a look ahead to what’s in store for Batman v Superman.
On the tour, Jordan, and viewers of Bleacher Report‘s video tour, can take a close-up look at Batman’s new suit, which comes complete with steel knuckles and steel-toed boots for any ass-kicking occasion.
Jordan’s tour also came complete with a full look at the new Batmobile, along with some info about what the mammoth vehicle is actually packing. In addition to the turret on its front, the vehicle measures in at about 20 feet long and 12 feet wide in the back, along with shaved down tractor tires in the back. The Batmobile is set to raise up when it’s being jumped and to lower down closer to the ground for cruising shots.
Watch the tour below to see the suit and ride for yourself, and envy Jordan as he settles into the Batmobile’s driver’s seat himself.
