Anna Kendrick and John Krasinski face-off on 'Lip Sync Battle'

Following Thursday’s preview of the showdown between Anna Kendrick and John Krasinski on Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle, the full look at the epic faux-singing face-off has arrived. Krasinski brought his A-game to the match, with his rendition of *NSync’s “Bye Bye Bye” complete with flawless marionette choreography.

The former Office star went with a hands-free mic and danced across the stage in full puppet mode, making it clear he’d seen the iconic music video more than once when he expertly executed the “Bye Bye Bye” hand gesture. Krasinski may not find himself featured on So You Think You Can Dance anytime soon, but the guy knows how to work with what he’s got (aka endless charm).

When Kendrick took the stage to fake belt her way through One Direction’s “Steal My Girl,” it was hard to imagine how she could top his performance. But she came prepared with a slideshow, a screen-print tee, and Blunt’s blessing to perform the number, which left Krasinski speechless.

“I’m not gonna lie, it sort of hurts my heart,” Krasinski joked.
