After tripping and falling into a grill at a California Benihana last week, actress and author Tori Spelling was hospitalized for a burn on her arm, the Daily Mail reports.

Spelling had reportedly been enjoying an Easter brunch with husband Dean McDermott, their four children, and other guests before her heel got caught in the floor, causing her to stumble into a grill used to prepare hibachi-style food in front of restaurant patrons.

Sources told the Daily Mail that Spelling attempted to nurse the burn on her right arm on her own, but by the next day, she was in so much pain that she went to a doctor who told her to seek treatment at the Grossman Burn Center at the West Hills Hospital in California.

A spokesman for West Hills Hospital could not confirm that Spelling visited the Grossman Burn Center at that time. However, Spelling made mention of the burn on her Instagram on April 6.

Thanks for an amazing day @scoutmasterson and @thebillhorn Perfect #Easter Sunday! Aside from the Benihana Burn!
