Louis C.K. sabotaged Jimmy Fallon's chance to be on 'Dana Carvey Show'

Louis C.K. is known for his funny business, but he also has a mean streak. During his appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the comedian recounted how he destroyed Fallon’s chances of getting on The Dana Carvey Show.

According to Louis, Fallon’s audition was in the style of a troll doll if Neil Diamond sang it—or something like that. Wielding a guitar and shaking his “tight little ass,” Fallon’s performance was impressive enough to woo the women on the staff. It may have been too much for Louis, who accused the late night host of excessive butt wiggling.

It’s not clear how much wiggling there was—Jimmy insisted it couldn’t have been more than once—but that performance was enough to render Louis insecure. “You had all your hair, you were in shape, you were a young kid. And I was already kinda just sweaty and balding and I was depressed,” he said in the video below.

In the end, it all worked out for the best—The Dana Carvey Show was cancelled after fewer than 10 episodes on air.
