Dancing With the Stars: Live! will be back for another round this summer when everyone’s favorite dancers leave the screen and hit the stage for their second live tour.
ABC’s competitive dancing show, which teams up celebrities with professional dancers, will be touring in over 40 cities this summer, beginning on June 13 in Atlantic City and running all the way through Aug. 11. The “Perfect Ten Tour” will be hosted by all-stars season champion Melissa Rycroft, with stops in Washington D.C., Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, Albuquerque, N.M., and more.
“Every time I think I’ll never do this again they suck me back in!” said Rycroft, who has been a competitor twice on the show. The singer said she’s excited to travel by bus and “live like rock stars” with her husband and two children.
Those joining Rycroft on the tour include Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Witney Carson, Peta Murgatroyd, Artem Chigvintsev, Keo Motsepe, Emma Slater, Brittany Cherry, Alan Bersten, Jenna Johnson and Sasha Farber. The tour will incorporate both new choreography and popular numbers from the show into the live performances.
“The opportunity to go out on the road theater to theater and have the privilege to perform in front of our fans, getting to meet them and interact with them is an opportunity I couldn’t pass up,” Chmerkovskiy said.
Dancing With the Stars airs Monday nights on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
