My Morning Jacket releases spacey "Spring (Among The Living)," second track off upcoming album

Posted on

My Morning Jacket just shared the second track, “Spring (Among The Living,)” from the band’s forthcoming 10-song full-length, The Waterfall, due out May 4 on ATO/Capitol Records. The band released “Big Decisions,” another track from the collection, earlier this month.

When announcing the album, frontman Jim James said, “For me, every record has the spirit of where we made it. Stinson Beach was so psychedelic and focused. It was almost like we lived on our own little moon out there. It feels like you’re up in the sky. After listening to the lush, cavernous “Spring,” streaming below, that will all suddenly make sense.
