Good news: Mr. T scored a home-renovation series. Better news: It’s called I Pity The Tool, or the only possible name it could ever have. The new gig for T will be a part of Scripps’ Networks’ DIY Channel, the network announced Thursday. Mr. T enlists in the ranks of celebs with their own home-centric shows, including Daryl Hall, William Shatner, and Vanilla Ice.
Set to debut later this year, the first episode features its star visiting his roots. “The pilot will show Mr. T helping out an old associate, a man whom Mr. T visited when the guy was a teenager and had broken his neck while playing in the snow (the man is back on his feet again, with a large family),” via Variety. Other episodes (set for 2016) will focus on Mr. T helping out people down on their luck, because Mr. T is awesome.
Though the name is perfect and could not have been named anything save I Pity The Tool, here are some titles Scripps (probably) thought up and passed on:
