Robert Carradine from Revenge of the Nerds was involved in a car accident on a Colorado highway on March 5.

Carradine was driving northbound on the highway with his wife, Edith, when he crossed the dividing line and slammed “almost front-to-front” into a semi-truck, EW confirmed with the Colorado State Patrol.

The incident occurred around 3 p.m., after which he and his wife were rushed to a nearby hospital with “serious injuries.” Carradine was ticketed with careless driving.

The Durango Herald tweeted a picture of the wreckage.
