Watch OFF!'s complete 'Grizzly King' video

Posted on

Earlier this month, hardcore supergroup OFF! released a pair of goofy, Jack Black-starring music videos for their songs “Over Our Heads” and “Meet Your God.” The band has now stitched the two together in a gory, bizarre seven-minute film called “Grizzly King”—and EW has the premiere, along with some silly behind-the-scenes footage.

The video follows frontman Keith Morris’ on a fictional 59th birthday party, on which he and his bandmates go tandem skydiving. The excursion seems promising, until everything goes wrong. Jack Black plays “Temecula’s third-most recognizable” sky-diving instructor Gary Steele, who proves unreliable when bassist Steven Shane McDonald drops acid and causes the plane to crash.

Featuring tons of gore and a vicious grizzly bear, the story only gets weirder from there—but it has the same stupid, stoned vibe that made Jack Black’s Tenacious D videos so much fun.

Both tracks appear on OFF!’s 2014 record, Wasted Years. Check out the “Grizzly King” video and the behind-the-scenes footage below.
