CBS is giving Matthew Perry’s Odd Couple some major support. The sitcom reboot of the classic Neil Simon play/film/series just got a premiere date — Thursday, Feb. 19 at 8:30 p.m. For its first week on the air, Odd Couple will have lead-in from top-rated comedy The Big Bang Theory and then will be followed by the final episode of Two and a Half Men, which is getting a special one hour series finale.

Starting Feb. 26, Odd Couple will continue having Big Bang Theory for a lead-in, plus will be followed by a Big Bang Theory repeat every week. That’s right, Perry’s new show will be lovingly wrapped in a Sheldon sandwich. The move is certain to give the new comedy every opportunity to succeed.

Odd Couple stars Perry as slob Oscar Madison and Thomas Lennon (Night at the Museum) as uptight neat freak Felix Unger. As part of the shakeup, CBS’ Mom will move to 9:30 p.m. Earlier today, CBS announced its premiere plans for two new dramas, CSI: Cyber and Battle Creek. The official schedule:
