Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is a game where you shoot things and use jetpacks in the future. It’s pretty great, mostly because of the jetpacks. However, Call of Duty games are also known to occasionally dabble in zombies, because zombies are popular and fun to shoot. So naturally, zombies are going to be added to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare via paid DLC packs.
Except this time, the zombies have jetpacks too. They are called Exo Zombies, because they now have the same jetpack suits you do. Are zombies better with jetpacks? Let’s think about this. The Law of Jetpacks is pretty simple: everything’s better with them. But zombies are bad, right? So if you add jetpacks to zombies, does that make them better to the point that they’re good? And wouldn’t good zombies be boring? We want zombies to be bad! So maybe jetpack zombies are “better” in the sense that they’re even worse, which in turn makes things more fun, right?
It’s also possible that these Better Jetpack Zombies will become too effective, making the game worse. I guess we’ll have to play the thing and find out.
