If you’re a company that’s struggling, with revenues down 36 percent from 2005 and a fourth CEO in the past three years, it’s time for a rebranding. Fortunately for Sears Canada, the new face of the company is a long-time employee… and his famous younger brother.

Peter Myers has worked for Sears Canada for 32 years, and he and his brother—Austin Powers himself—team up for an ad that puts a happy face on the fact that “Sears Canada has to demographically and psychographically alter the trajectory of its business model.”
