Clay Aiken may have lost the congressional race in North Carolina, but he gained a consolation prize in the process: a four-hour docu-series.

As the Associated Press reports, incumbent Republican candidate U.S. Rep. Renee Ellmers defeated Aiken in the race to represent North Carolina’s 2nd Congressional District. After Aiken’s defeat, Esquire announced late Tuesday night that they will be airing a four-hour docu-series centered around Aiken’s campaign. The series will be produced by Lightbox’s Jonathan Chinn, Simon Chinn, and Mitchell Tanen.

According to the Esquire press release, the documentary will follow Aiken’s campaign from his announcement for candidacy in February to the final results Tuesday night.

The docu-series is expected to air in 2015.
