In a move of synergy that suggests Jack Donaghy is still hanging around 30 Rockefeller Plaza, The Today Show anchors dressed in their Saturday Night Live best for this year’s Halloween episode. The results were eerily accurate at times, but that may have something to do with the crew probably having access to Studio 8H’s wardrobe department.

Wayne and Garth may not be your first guess for Kathiee Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb’s costumes, but Gifford and Kotb’s hour is probably the closest Today will ever get to airing a version of Wayne’s World.

Over on Good Morning America, the costumes weren’t unified around a single theme, but there will still plenty of good, and random, ones to be found. In another example of cross-brand promotion, GMA anchor Amy Robach dressed up as one of Disney’s best villain’s, Maleficent.
And even recent addition Tim Tebow joined in, channeling his inner Tom Cruise for a Top Gun homage. Bonus points to Robin Roberts for her costume, Sad Elsa, in the picture as well.
GMA anchor Lara Spencer took a different approach to her costume, dressing up as Prince George, with a full crib thrown in for good measure.
