It’s a Lannister family reunion—except this time, brains might be the primary dish on the menu.
EW has confirmed that Charles Dance and Lena Headey, who play father and daughter Tywin and Cersei Lannister in HBO’s Game of Thrones, will be joining the cast of the film, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, which was just bought by Screen Gems for U.S. distribution rights. Deadline first reported the news.
The film centers around several romantic relationships in 19th-century England that are complicated by varying social stratas and one small wrench: a full-blown zombie outbreak. The film is based on characters from Jane Austen and the book of the same name from Seth Grahame-Smith.
Dance and Headey will be joining the previously announced cast, which includes Lily James, Jack Huston, Matt Smith, Douglas Booth, Sam Riley, Bella Heathcote, and Suki Waterhouse.
