Brad Pitt reveals details of red carpet attack to 'People'

Posted on

Last Wednesday, Brad Pitt was supporting his partner Angelina Jolie at the premiere of Maleficent when notorious celebrity harasser Vitalii Sediuk struck. And as it turns out, Sediuk got touchier with the movie star than we originally thought.

In an exclusive statement to PeoplePitt details the attack: “I looked down and the nutter was trying to bury his face in my crotch, so I cracked him twice in the back of the head — not too hard — but enough to get his attention, because he did let go.”

Sediuk, who also snuck under actress America Ferrera’s dress on a Cannes red carpet recently (and kissed Will Smith on the mouth at a Men in Black III premiere two years ago), has been ordered to stay a minimum of 500 feet away from awards shows, entertainment events, red carpets — so basically, wherever celebrities can be found.

Pitt doesn’t seem too disturbed by the events he describes in his statement — but he does get protective at one point, saying, “if he tries to look up a woman’s dress again, he’s going to get stomped.” Judging by Sediuk’s past, the “prankster” would probably enjoy a celebrity stomping on him…but we still appreciate the sentiment, Brad.
