Four arrested on drug charges, possibly related to Philip Seymour Hoffman's death

Posted on

Four people thought to be connected to the drugs found in Philip Seymour Hoffman’s apartment were arrested Tuesday night as part of a raid on a Lower Manhattan building, according to CNN. (An NYPD spokesperson confirmed the arrests to EW, but said there wasn’t a confirmed connection to Hoffman at this time.)

During the raid that led to the arrest of the three men and one woman, police recovered 350 glassine-type bags of what is believed to be heroin. As previously reported, police found dozens of similar bags of what is suspected to be heroin at Hoffman’s apartment.
