Singer, dancer, and Shake it Up! actress Bella Thorne, 15, will soon rival Chris Colfer in the talented-over-achiever department. Random House Children’s Books has acquired her young adult series Autumn Falls and will publish the first book in the summer of 2014. This is Thorne’s publishing debut and she will co-write with Elise Allen.

”This book, although mysterious and magical, is inspired by different aspects of my personal life, which I hold very near and dear to my heart,” Thorne said in the press release. ”I wanted to write a book that teens could relate to, but with a little bit of magic. I am thrilled and hopeful that my audience will grow with me throughout the series.”

Meanwhile, Thorne’s Shake it Up! co-star Zendaya is getting rave reviews over on Dancing With the Stars.
