Only 364 days until it’s Valentine’s Day again!! However will we pass the time?

By watching the trailer for this upcoming remake of About Last Night over and over again, of course. The original 1986 film — the title of which ended with an ellipsis that’s been nixed for the new version — starred Rob Lowe, Demi Moore, Jim Belushi, and Elizabeth Perkins as four singles in Chicago who became two couples in Chicago. In the 2014 version, Kevin Hart and Regina Hall step in for Belushi and Perkins, while Michael Early and Joy Bryant take the places of Lowe and Moore. The trailer’s been approved for mature audiences only, but on the whole, it’s pretty tame — give or take one swear word and an ill-advised bathroom hookup.

And check out the original About Last Night… trailer below:

The new About Last Night opens next Valentine’s Day — Feb. 14, 2014.
