What are you reading this summer?
I have this book by Elizabeth Fishel called Reunion, about a class of women who graduated from this girls’ school in Manhattan in 1968 — the cusp class of women between ’70s feminism and old-school traditions.
What do you think of it?
I haven’t had a chance to get into it yet. It’s what I would be reading if I had time, but that and Stephen Sondheim’s Look, I Made a Hat are sitting on my iPad right now.
Have you looked at Fifty Shades of Grey?
I picked it up. We were in a bookstore for this movie I’m shooting right now. And I was like, ”This is like…no. Not my jam.”
