Yesterday, we gave you the keys to Panem’s last-but-not-least division (okay, it is the least): District 12, where dozens of Hunger Games fanatics are satisfying their taste for all things Katniss Everdeen by traveling in by the droves. Today, it seems the sky is the limit — or at least a solid 72 acres. Start lining up your sponsors, Games fans! Because not only can you visit Henry River Mill Village near Hildebran, N.C., now you can own it.

Because of the influx of tourist travel, 83-year-old resident Wade Shepherd has decided to put a stretch of his property featured in the film on the market, reports CNBC. The acres in question includes the location of the Everdeen family homestead and the former company store dressed up as the Mellark family bakery (pictured below).

The whole shebang goes for $1.4 million. That could buy a whole lot of soup and ointment. Unfortunately, it seems safe to assume that Shepherd won’t negotiate in kisses. This is capitalism, not Capitolism!

So, PopWatchers, how much would you pay for the chance to roam the streets, amble The Hob, and climb through the nonfunctioning electric fence in District 12?
