Downtown Abbey

Season 2 of Downton Abbey hits DVD and Blu-ray tomorrow (Feb. 7), which means American fans will have to decide whether to buy it now to see the final episodes early or wait until the season 2 finale airs on PBS Feb. 19. Carmichael was “gutted” when she learned the costumers were making her new pants in her second fitting. But there is a happy ending: Carmichael believes she did wear one of Streep’s blouses from the 1985 film.
