This morning, ABC is set to announce the last batch of bold-faced names who will present at The 45th Annual CMA Awards on ABC this coming Wednesday, and EW has a early peek at that list, which is led by Oscar-winner Reese Witherspoon.
The rest of the celebs due to grace the CMA stage include Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas of Once Upon a Time; Muppet icon Miss Piggy; Emily VanCamp of Revenge; Emmy winner Eric Stonestreet of Modern Family; Twilight star Kellan Lutz; ESPN sportscaster and Good Morning America correspondent Erin Andrews; and David Freese, third baseman for the World Series-winning St. Louis Cardinals.
The already-announced list of performers includes nearly everyone in the country music universe: Jason Aldean, Sara Evans, Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Scotty McCreery, Taylor Swift, Zac Brown Band, Kenny Chesney, Rascall Flatts, and many, many more. Presenters who’ve already been announced include American Idol runner-up Lauren Alania, Kellie Pickler, Reba, and LeAnn Rimes.
Nominees span much of the same constellation of country stars, led by Aldean, Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton, Swift, and Keith Urban, who are vying for the Entertainer of the Year award.
The 45th Annual CMA Awards will be hosted for the fourth time in a row by country music stars Paisley and Carrie Underwood, and will air live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville Nov. 9 at 8 p.m. Actress and singer Laura Bell Bundy is hosting the pre-telecast awards ceremonies.
